InstallerNet's nationwide network of professional installers are trained and certified to install both the Mobile Signal Boosters and the Building Signal Boosters and both come with industry-leading labor warranties on top of weBoost's product warranty. InstallerNet's mobile booster installers are in over 2,000 locations nationally so you will have the convenience of visiting a shop near where you live, work or play. The installation of your weBoost wireless booster product in your home or vehicle is as important as the product itself. A properly installed booster ensures that it functions correctly, meets your requirements for being hidden from view, and operates reliably for the life of the product.
Our installation professionals will use only approved, authorized parts and procedures in the completion of your installation. They will confirm your boosters effectiveness with you before finishing.
Home installers are background-checked for additional protection and all installers are rated on the professionalism of their work and ability to satisfy customers by customer-surveys done online by previous customers.
Your weBoost Booster product should contain a plastic InstallCard which looks like one of the two shown here (one for in-building and another for in-vehicle). You installer will help make decisions about where to place your booster for maximum amplification with minimal visibility of the cables and plugs. The installer will perform pre, and post-install field measurements to confirm signal amplification and demonstrate operation.
NOTE: Pricing is determined by the accuracy of information provided by you for your vehicle or building. Extra charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provide to InstallerNet can be paid directly to the installer at your appointment.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Each installation is slightly different, and our online process you use to provide the necessary details of your home or vehicle and how you'd like to have your booster installed and/or concealed allows us to take those details into account, providing a quote to you that is uniquely yours. Vehicle installations start at $89.99 and a large majority are completed for little or no more. Home installations start at $149.99 and go up depending on your specific needs and requests. You can pay by credit card if you accept the quotation provided.
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE INSTALLCARD?
InstallCards are provided inside the booster's packaging so it should be easy to find. Activate the InstallCard online (or by phone) by following the instructions on the back of the card. After the InstallCard purchase and scheduling arrangements have been made, you will receive a confirmation phone call and email from an InstallerNet Coordinator, and you will also be provided the contact information for your installer. Upon completion of your installation, provide the 12-digit InstallCard Number to your installer only if you are satisfied with his service, which will then be used to claim for their payment by InstallerNet.
WHERE CAN I GET MY INSTALLATION DONE?
For Building Booster products the installer will obviously come to you – but for mobile boosters you will be able to select from multiple options for where you'd like to take your vehicle for the installation. InstallerNet has over 2,000 locations nationally to ensure you are able to get your installation done near your home, office or in between.
WILL THE INSTALLER CALL ME?
Yes, for building installations the installer will contact you in advance of your appointment to confirm details and perform a pre-visit survey.
WHAT DOES MY LABOR WARRANTY COVER?
Each in-building installation performed using an InstallCard comes with a 3 year installation labor warranty. If at any time, the weBoost Booster installed becomes inoperable due to a faulty installation the installer will correct the problem at no charge.
Each in-vehicle installation performed using an InstallCard comes with a limited-lifetime warranty, good anywhere in the country. If you installation takes place in Chicago but you are having issues in Florida, InstallerNet will take care of getting a diagnosis just the same.
Defective Product – Removal and Replacement Warranty
In the event that weBoost's Product does not work properly at the time of installation, an InstallerNet member installer will remove the defective unit and reinstall a replacement unit at no additional charge (you will need to work with the reseller to acquire replacement product). A travel fee may apply for in-building revisits to complete.
If a weBoost Booster Product becomes defective sometime after the initial installation, and it is determined that the malfunction is not caused by the installation, then the installer will replace the defective unit and the customer will be responsible for an R&R (removal and reinstallation) charge which will not exceed 50% of the original installation charge, a trip charge may apply. These installation labor warranties apply regardless of whether the weBooster Booster is in or out of the product warranty period.
